1. Illustrative imagery

Some product and room images are styled or digitally created illustrations used to show how a set looks and feels in a home. They are for illustration only.

2. Colour, texture and size

Actual colour, texture and dimensions may differ from images. Screen colours are not an exact match for the real product. The written specification, size and material description on each product page is the definitive reference.

3. Set contents

Each product page lists exactly what is included in the set. Where an image shows additional styling props (plants, furniture, food), those are for scene only and are not part of the set unless listed.

4. If something looks different
